I want to search for templates that are non flash and non swf, how do I do this?
I am looking for a static templates, I am not interested in flash or swf, what is the easiest way of finding these on your site?
Also, my company is into information technology and small business managed services, do you have any static websites that you can show me that would fit that?

Our Flash and Swish sites come with non-flash versions as well. The nonflash version will not have any special effects though since they are only using static images. Please download some of our sample templates. Particularly the flash and swish samples and you will see how they come with nonflash versions.
As far as finding the right template for you, the best advice I can offer is to try and narrow the templates by using our template search utility on the top right. You would be much better than me at searching since you know exactly what you want.

Hello,
My other question was regarding purchasing of the site that I like. What happens when I purchase the site for 60 dollars, this does not give me the full rights to the design, but someone comes and does by the full rights to the design, will I have to take my website down?

Hi Ravi,
If someone makes an exclusive purchase later down the road after you have already purchased the template, you will still have the rights to use that template. The exclusive purchase simply removes it from the market so that nobody else can obtain the template. Everyone who purchased the template before the exclusive purchase can still legally use the template.

I downloaded my template and I saw a couple of fonts missing from there. Helvetica something, and another one. I do not have the exact names, but can you guys verify.

Hi Ravi,
Helvetica is a standard font that your computer should already have. For any other fonts that come with the template, they are usually included in the sources.zip file that you can extract and then install. This is usually needed for some of the source .psd files that are included in case you do not have those fonts. Once you install those fonts then you would be able to change the text and keep the same styling on the images and stuff.
