It is normal not to receive the template immediately upon ordering. The first thing that usually happens is the billing department will call you to verify your order. Did you leave a number that they were able to reach you at? Usually an automated system phone's you to verify that you have a working telephone number which helps us minimize fraudulent transactions.

I did not see anywhere on the website that said it will take time before I can download. It said I can download immediately. I will like to cancel the order now. I have decided not to purchase the item since I did not receive it at the time. I will inform my banking institute in the morning of the cancellation due to I did not get anything and also provide this e-mail as reference that I did not get the product.

I understand that you do not have anything to do with the billing. I tried both numbers you supplied me with and one I did not get a answer at all or a answer machine and the other number a girl said she was out for the weekend, but I left a message. I also tried the billing link you provided to me and it replied that can not find that link on the website. I am not sure what type of business this is, but I appreciate your help and I will have to have this follow-up on by my associate and bank.
If you are able to reach anyone in billing will you please forward this e-mail to them. I don't want to report this website, but if I do not hear from someone soon regarding this matter, I will have no choice but too. I am not having this issue with you, because you are only the support team, but you must know who to contact for this issue.
