Hi Wayne,

I am not sure much can be done to assist you. What I would recommend is
making sure your debit card has the Visa or Mastercard logo on it. If it
doesn't, it will not work.

Secondly you might try using a different merchant payment system on our
checkout page, we offer a a few different ones there, and you might have
better luck with an alternative one. If you are still having problems after
all of this, you might try a different card if you have one.

I hope that helps. Are you getting a certain specific error? You might also
try calling your bank to make sure there are no problems.

Hi Wayne,

Generally it takes around 10 minutes. Did you receive a verification phone
call yet? Did you provide a reachable number on the order? If not please
provide those to me so I can pass them on to the billing agent for you.
Could you also let me know what template number you purchased?

Also if you havea spam/bulk box please check in there just in case the email
with your download links was misplaced there, thanks!

Is that the name you used? If you try again please make sure you delete your cookies and reboot your computer after doing so. Again you are welcome to call the billing department directly if you wish to resolve everything via phone.

His card has been charged once. If we don't have the template in the next 24 hours, we will be reversing any charges placed on his card. We need the template emailed to either of us, it doesn't matter.
