I am not sure much can be done to assist you. What I would recommend is
making sure your debit card has the Visa or Mastercard logo on it. If it
doesn't, it will not work.
Secondly you might try using a different merchant payment system on our

better luck with an alternative one. If you are still having problems after

Generally it takes around 10 minutes. Did you receive a verification phone
call yet? Did you provide a reachable number on the order? If not please
provide those to me so I can pass them on to the billing agent for you.
Could you also let me know what template number you purchased?
