Yes, you are completely welcome to edit tabs, headings, or any other words. The content you see on the demo is just all sample content, most users in fact change that content. If some of the content is text on images you will be required to edit those images. We do include the source PSD files which would allow you to change any text on images. That will require you to have Adobe Photoshop CS or greater.
Keep in mind there is no admin area for this template. This is just a template created in HTML 5 and includes CSS and JavaScript. To edit the template, change the look of the design, or to change anything with it will require that you know how to change HTML, or have an editor that you are comfortable with that can change it. You are welcome to do as much as you want with it, so you could add video clips, add or remove pages, etc. By default this template would work as is on a smart phone, but it would not be optimized into a smartphone format meaning you would likely have to zoom in with the smart phone to be able to read some of the pages. You would be welcome to expand on the template and make an optimized smart phone version. We do have responsive templates if you are interested in a template that is already optimized for other devices such as tablets or smart phones.
The difficulty of editing this template will depend on your skills at working with HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop. It could be anywhere from super easy to super hard depending on that.
