How much of this template is customizable? I don't use rabbits, balloons, spring flowers, magic wands, i don't dress in a top hat and tails. All of that stuff has to go.

Anything is customizable with this template. So you are welcome to replace any of the images to use something else of your own. You can change any of the textual content as well. The difficulty will depend on your ability to edit HTML, CSS, and understanding how to work with images and PSD files. So depending on that it could be anywhere from very easy to very hard.
