This is simply a PSD based template which means the entire design was created and exists only in Adobe Photoshop. So you will need to make sure you have Adobe PhotoShop CS or greater. Then you will open up the PSD file in that editor and change colors using Adobe Photoshop's tools. You could change anything with the design from colors, to layouts, to the number of tabs, menu items, etc. Once you get the design changed to whatever you want, you would then export sliced images and create a HTML version of the website with CSS. Instructions for how to do that portion are not included and the difficulty level could be anywhere from very difficult to moderately easy depending on your skill level. If you have never done it before it will most likely be extremely difficult. Once you create a HTML version of the website you could then create galleries with images or videos from youtube.
You may instead want to look around at one of our templates that already have the HTML and CSS done for you, or possibly one of our templates that are already integrated into some sort of e-commerce or CMS based system.
