Hi, I am looking to purchase a template and set up a website. I may be in the market for a custom design but I am not sure. Do you offer any web set up support or just the template? If not, how could I go about getting the help of someone who does this and who are they. If all I need to set up my website is the template download and my web address then please let me know. Hi Amy,

Our support is very limited. For the most part we just sell the template products, and offer a free template tutorial guide to help you customize the template more to your liking. If you have no idea how to work with HTML, etc, and have no idea how to get the template up on your website I would recommend you find and hire yourself a personal webmaster who can do that. You might have someone in your local area that can do that, and that might be best for you since they would be close. Maybe lookup "webmasters for hire", or something, not sure. If you are interested in doing it all yourself I would recommend learning HTML, or any other books on web design.

Thanks for your reply. I just want to make sure that if we buy the template as-is, we can customize it however we would like through another source other then you. If we for some reason can not do it ourselves, are we able to contact you to customize it for us at a later date ( after we have already purchased it from you uncustomized). I hope I'm making sense... sorry. How involved is the tutorial you send with the purchase of the template?

Absolutely, you can hire whomever else you like to help modify your design to your exact needs. And yes, you can click on the customize link on our website for your template at a later time if you wish to have someone to customize it for you. Just let them know you have purchased it already, and provide them your old order ID so they do not bill you again for the template, and only the additional work.
