This template was created and only tested with WordPress 2.8. While that does not mean it will not work with WordPress 3.3, it may require you to fix a few things to get everything to work correctly. If you do decide to buy the template and you have problems getting it to work, you can always contact us to fix it at an additional charge. Or you can try to find a freelancer in your local area to fix it, or find tutorials on how to upgrade 2.x templates to 3.x.
If you would rather just have a template that will work for sure with WordPress 3.x, then you should take a look at our WordPress 3.x Themes as those are made and tested for the 3.x versions.

Can the words "Baby sitter" and description "caring baby sitters ..." be changed?

Yes you can absolutely change any of text throughout the template. To change the "Baby Sitter" logo and the "caring baby sitters" slogan, it will require you to edit the images. The source .PSD files are included so that you can easily change the text, and then upload the images over the other. You are also welcome to use your own logo, or customize it however you need. The difficulty of doing any of this will depend on your skill level at working with web design, graphics, and your understanding of WordPress.
