Yeeeeeeaah-a. Thats awesome. Where did you find that? Simple frame by frame animation. The difficult part would be making it look like "Lil Jon" or any other celeb or someone you know. Whoever did that, is quite talented.

I found it on a Myspace site. I think it was myspace.com/liljonworld, but I don't remember now. Yes, that is really good animation. I wish I could do that!

That animation has about 5-8 frames so as long as you can draw and color it wouldnt be to hard.

simple...

get a video of him doing that, break it down into frames, trace each frame with vectors, colour etc.

i really wanna give it a go now :D..

I don't get the fascination with a 3 second animated gif that probably only contains about 48 frames (if that). Someone enlighten me.

I agree, its a bit short, but a full length animation (say, 300-600 frames, or longer) done in that same stylized way would be neat. Thats what first entered my head. ;)
