Animation program anyone?

I have done animation before and I know what to do and everything but can anyone tell me what software to use to put the images together (something similar to EximiousSoft GIF Creator)?

try swishmax if you need flash
then you can convert it to gif with camtasia

Flash will do everything you need, including exporting in GIF sequence.
