Do you want to create one or do you want to know how to put it in place?

To create an avatar you can do many many things, it all depends on what it is you want. If you have software like Photoshop then i will give you a quick tutorial.

1) Open Photoshop and create a new file which is 120px by 120px in size. This is the maximum amount of height and width you are allowed to use on Ozzu.

2) The new opened file should be blank. It is up to you what you want people to see from this graphic as your avatar. You could use the tools on the left navigation bar to create text, add color, create a border etc etc etc. Again, i don't know what you want so i cannot help you more with this.

3) Save your graphic by clicking on File, "Save for web..." and save the graphic at the best quality you can get providing it isn't higher than 7KB in size.

4) If you have not got a web host and you would like to have this avatar uploaded you have a couple of choices. You could go to the Profile bit at the top of the screen on Ozzu and Browse for the image, or you could upload a website link to the file graphic you have uploaded. I find Imageshack.us is a good website for uploading graphics if you would like to use that.

Providing you have done the above, i don't see why you shouldn't be able to upload an avatar on Ozzu. If you have any questions, just let us know and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Photoshop is not as complicated as it might look. I think once you have fun playing about with the tools then you will start to enjoy it. If you ever create a graphic with text, you should play about with the "Layer>"Layer Style">"Blending Options" selection and add things like strokes etc etc to add an effect to the text rather than having a plain boring standard text.

If you are interested in learning about Photoshop, then you should visit the "Planet Photoshop" website.

This is slightly going off topic here but how do ya get a signature at the bottom of each post you write? I don't mean the avatar to the left...

If you go to "profile" at the top of the screen and there should be a section where you can add a signature. You can use BB code in these signatures to make the text appear a bit more exciting.

Let me know if you are still having problems with this.

Thanks I think I know how to do it now. Do you know any websites that you can upload images to? and will a blog site such as Bebo or Myspace work?

You can have a blog website in your link if you want. There isn't really any restrictions to the site providing it is friendly to every age and not pornographic or anything that might appeal to people over 18 (or 21).

The website i use to upload images is http://www.imageshack.us

well, when it comes to any art style, you must be able to draw, remember , applications such as photoshop, illustrator or flash are only tools, the core is knowing how to draw ;) good luck
