Avatars

I've been seeing some awesome avatars in forums that put mine(if I've bothered to make one) to shame. I know the basics of making them, by photoshopping and stuff....but I haven't found a way to make them move. If someone could tell me how, or post link to a place saying how, I'd appreciate it.

I just did a quick search on the web for a tutorial that shows you how to create an animation using Photoshop.

Do you have any suggestions on a program to use. I heard that adobe elements was good but I'm on a budget($0) and PS elements doesn't even have a free trial =(

try PS cs3 beta.. it's free .. google it ..
