Background remover

Hi, I want to isolate the foreground from the background from a photo. The problem is that the color of both background and foreground is very much similar [white and pink(of both background and foregeound)]. I have tried many plugins like vertes fluid mask, extensis mask pro, background remover, snap etc but I am not able to find any software which could easily remove the background. Edges are also not very clear and defocus is also there.

What can i do. can u suggest any software or plugins to do this
