Can anybody tell me how to make this effect by photoshop

I see the following pictures in wonderphotostudio.com. But I do not have this software. Can anybody know how to create this effects by photoshop? Thank you.

Which effect are you referring to?

The first graphic in order to create this i'd probably put some sort of white stroke on the images on the right. The photos in the middle i'd place on a custom made white box and just duplicate this box. In order to rotate the images i'd select Edit>Transform>Rotate on the layer i'd like to change.

There is alot of things done to make this image, but it's relatively easy. If you could be more specific on the effect you are after then i'd be happy to reply. I'm going to create a tutorial on creating a graphic like this within the next few days as i should have a bit of spare time. So if you don't reply before then (which i suggest you do) then i'll just link you to it in a reply to this.
