hey i am looking for a program or a way to draw cartoons on your computer. becasue i have looked at photoshop but i dont no i might not no where to look so if ppl can give me links to programs to download or tips or guides to where to go so that i can create cartoon pictures.

I would suggest a vector-based program such as Illustrator or Flash.

Yes you would have to buy these programs. There are ways to get substantial discounts, however.
These programs are both industry standards in their own way.

i am learning Dreamweaver flash fireworks illustrator and Photoshop at the minute will be conducting a site on it soon! so if u need help just ask!

I use a combination of illustrator and photoshop.

yeh i cant seem to find illustrator but Jaw is it good or not that is pretty cool, i think tha tis just wat i need, the program is Adobe Illustrator rite???

Yes Adobe Illustrator I use it for illustration, cartooning, interface design, and tattoo design.

If you are in school you should be able to purchase it with an educational discount, often times 1/2 the commercial price. There may also be demo versions.
