I've seen variosu images out there with a face floating in the image without a background. The only pictures i can take have stuffi nthe background but I want to take only myface out and put it in an image. The only good reference of what I'm talking about right now I cna think of is the header image of Musik's homepage. The background is the image, not the pciture's backbroiund.

I'm using phoptoshop. The question is how to get the head out of the picture? Is there a way other than pen? Because the hair on the subject is kinda wild, and would be hard to pen out

sounds like you need the magnetic lasso tool, you get it by right clicking on the normal lasso tool
