'Polymerge' combines gangs of similar photos into weird composites. Ideal for digital-camera owners, it can make ghastly portraits and unusual still-lifes. It can also merge limited-depth-of-field images into one sharp picture or reduce photo grain.

Ew that's sort of creepy. I would have liked to of seen more screenshots though. I'm not really seeing any purposeful use for something like this if all it does is make images like the one they show.

The odd one I found interesting was the fire hydrant one. At first glance, it looked like you could fix the depth of field merge with filters and layering in Photoshop, but not sure. That's where I lack experience with Photoshop, or more likely, I just haven't played around with it enough to duplicate the same thing, but I'd be almost certain it is possible.

Oh my, there are more screenshots.... they didn't load for me last time...lol. I was all like "Fire Hydrant?! What fire hydrant!?!"

Went back to the link, and there it was, right under the only screenshot that showed up for me the first time.

Odd.

Well... I LOVE the fire hydrant one, that effect kicks!
