Hey. I've got a challenge, if you accept, we all know you've got skill. I want to see who can recreate the Google logo from Google.com 100% but only with different text. Just to make it interesting let's add the character "-" to it. So let's call it Google-Project with the text: Google-Project

Hope you guys are up to the challenge. Good luck!

It's pretty straight forward. Make a logo looking like this:

Only with different text. That text being: Google-Project

Just want to see if anyone can do it.

Joe, the Google logo has a capital G and the rest of the letters are lower case... it'd look much more "google-like" that way...

That doesn't look like the logo to me. Don't know if you're using the wrong font or just lack of skill (j/k :P). I found this though, might help you guys: http://shocker.atspace.org/tutorials/google.htm . Not sure if it'll work. Anymore entries for the challenge?

I don't think that tutorial was very good. They got the low-lights too dark and completely missed the high-lights. I think they created too much of a bevel effect, also.

The font they chose, in lieu of the correct one, was awful.

Tis the only one I could find on the net. That's why I want to see if someone can do better and create an exact replica only with the text: "Google-Project" or whatever.
