Help needed

Hey, everyone. So this is my first post here. Well, basically I need to learn Photoshop, I have it on my computer but dont know how to use it, lol. So does anyone know of any tutorials on how to use it for beginners, Ive never used it before and don't have the slightest idea on how to, so the easier the better. The only thing I really need to know how to do with it is make buttons and banners and such for my site.
