HELP! What art am I looking for?

Hi

I'm looking for the types of pictures as seen in this example:

The problem is, I am not sure what I have to look for, searches like pixel art and the likes give me completely different results.

Could you please tell me what category these pictures fall under.

And in case you know, could you please recommend me artists and websites that have this type of picture / paintings?

They are just squares. Can you be a little more specific for what you need and what it would be used for. I don't know how to begin helping you.
