Photoshop does a great job too, but costs. I love photoshop because its such a great multitasker. Once you get it, theres very few other programs you will need. Although, sometimes the thick PS help book is needed.

I wasn't aware Photoshop did photo mosaics. Is this a new feature in CS2?

It has the ability to put together a ton of pictures all on one screen (obviously, lol) and then also has a mosaic filter that can be applied after all the pictures are placed where you want them, if you want some added effect. It may not be exactly what hes looking for, but it seems to fit the description rather well, unless I've missed something.

And yes, it is in CS2.

Yeah; maybe I've misunderstood the question. I assumed it was a photo mosaic as opposed to a collage, but maybe I was reading too much into the question. (The other software to which I've linked automatically generates mosaic like images made up of lots of other photographic images, which Photoshop doesn't do.)

Why not download Photo Collage Studio to have a try. Maybe it would help!

The reasons I recommend this software are
1. It's not only powerful, but also easy to use, you'll learn how to master it soon!
2. Even it isn't meet your need, you needn't spend any money on it. Download the trial version, which is fully funtioned except for 30-time trial.

Have fun!
