I like it but I am not too fond of the background. I think you could come up with something better - the logo is great though. :D

It's not exactly bad, but it doesn't really grab attention. This one does not flow, it seems like you have tiled the background. Keep trying, it's always good to come up with a few variations and then you choose the one that really grabs your attention and suits your tastes :)
