Its wrong

I must have done something wrong !
I made a logo for a new board, i had an image to the left and right, text in the centre, my image to the left was clearly visable..
but my text and image (image to the right) is not, i did'nt create any new layers just put the image and text in, should i have created new layers for each theing i did..?
I used pspro8 to do this logo !
