Went down to the local Beaver River yesterday and took a few quicky shots. The river in the pictures was, at that point, about 13 ft above norm and about 1 ft shy of "flood stage". Regardless it still did some major damage and flooded several riverfront restaurants and destroyed the marinas. Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed into the real flood areas to get some good shots. This is the highest the river here has been in almost 30 years. Last time was in the 80's with hurricane Agnes.

(My apologies for the quality. These were taken with a Panasonic camcorder with a max res of 640x480)
