Post 3+ Months Ago

hello,

i have been fideling around with adobe photoshop and some tutorials and i saw an image somewhere that i would like to find out how they made it. I forgot where it was but it looked like the 3D outline of a person with a dotted line. Like you see on shows where there making characters for games. I was woundering if this is like a filter or if someone could show me how to do it?
thankyou

This type of effect would likely be created more easily in something like Illustrator which gives you control over strokes to a much greater degree.

The shape of the person can be drawn using the pencil/bezier tools.

You mean 3D wireframes?

They will have been built using a 3D package, such as Blender. They require a little practice, but if you can get your hands on a model of a human it shouldn't be too difficult to make a wireframe rendering which you can place in Photoshop as part of a composition.
