Logo Help

I was wondering if anyone would like to help me out with a logo for a site I am working on? I am using a pre-built theme and the logo is a generic one that comes with it. It looks like this:



The name of the site is Third Phase Computing.

I'm not looking for anything fancy but I do desire a professional look. If you need to alter the dimensions that is fine. I'm sure I can make it fit. It also doesn't have to be tilted like that either. Currently the logo is left justified in the header. If you need an idea about how the site looks you can check out screen shots here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately for me Microsoft Paint isn't a very good tool for making nice logos.

I'll knock something together when i get my mouse back. Currently using the touchpad on the laptop to control the mouse and it's too frustrating to use when designing.

I would be tempted to do something similar to R_T, only i'd remove the drupal face thing

Just an idea. Not certain I like the text in the smaller size, but it's on a different layer and can be altered.

This is one of the reasons I love this place.

I should have mentioned the Drupal face needs to go but I like what you did r_t. Simple and elegant.

ATNO, I like yours as well, I agree with the size issue. The bigger one looks better. I'll have to see how it flows with the rest of the site though.

The white contrasts better with the green. The yellow on the previous version kind of melts into the background.

I'm not doing alot at the mo, so something will be up by the end of the night. Gonna go make and eat my supper first.

One I knocked up just now with my own images ... it's kind of generic, but if you want the larger size let me know

I've been playing around with these different logos and the one that works best with the theme is Breeze's last one.

Breeze, the only issue with it is the dark border on the top and bottom don't fit well. If you could cut that out it will be perfect and make the height 117px.
