Looks quite nice, but it's legibility concerns me. Once that's scaled down, will you still be able to read it?
If it were to be printed at a typical logo size, I don't think it would be too clear.
A logo should really be clear at all typical sizes, and also in black and white if it's to be photocopied.
Don't mean to be negative, but working at a print company tends to make you aware of these things

o thanks good point. i did come cross that problem when i scaled it down i cant see the "DQNET" but the logo is still clear
