Hi

Just wondered, I'm going to put together a nice little background
for my webpage to go in the tables. I'm curious, how is it possible to
create the background equally on both top and bottom so it'll loop nicey?

Duplicate, flip vertical, cut in half, & flatten image. Do the same horizontally so that your sides match also if you want. This will give your background a kaleidoscope effect and will macth up seamlessly.

If you have photoshop,

Download "Tesselation," it's a seamlessly repeating tile plug-in for photoshop.
