maya 3d animation tutorials

i need information on maya tutorials........i am trying my hardest to learn 3d animation..... i am just a beginner.........i don't know any "lingo" and i know nothing of maya.....but again im really going to try to learn this art
if you guys have any information about beginner tourials for maya please tell me

Well, there's a book, called "Maya Secrets of the Pros" which has the following as part of its description..
