Merge two documents together

I made a brochure in Microsoft Office Publisher. So i got like two separate documents one front side and the other the back side. I went to kinko's this one day and somehow the mergerd them together and made them .pdf format and printed them double sided like a brochure supposed to be 
. I was wondering how you do that.
