Need help with Photoshop

The cursor in my photoshop has somehow changed from the brush size to crosshair. I can not change it back. I go to the preferences mode and under cursors Hi have the right one chosen, but on csreen I have crosshair as a cursor.

How can I change it back?

Please help it drives me crazy and I can not do anything right.

it does that when you have caps lock on
