I Need A Marketing, Advertisting and Promotions Demo Book.

I have my first position in marketing for an upscale real estate company. My job is to do the page layouts, graphics and photography for their brochures and promotions of the real estate they have for sale. I am looking an excellent book and/or website were I can get some ideas and motivation. Can anyone meet any suggestions?

I have 'Brochure Design That Works' and it nicely showcases lots of very good designs. Other books will, of course, also provide actual instruction.

Books... Just about anything that Mike Cina recommends at YouWorkForThem.com or you could always try the art+design section of your local mega bookstore (Barns & Noble, Borders, etc)
