I'm webmaster of a website which contains several spatial reasoning tests. The idea of the questions in these tests is that you get a 2d cut-out and 4 possible 3d-shapes and you have to choose the correct 3d shape you can fold from the cut-out.

Currently we've drawn all these shapes by hand, folded them to see if they fit and then scanned them. You can imagine that this is extremely slow and labor intensive and I'm looking for a way to speed up this process. So my question here is:

Does anybody know of a drawing program which is able to transfer 3d-shapes to 2d cut-outs automatically?

I'm not allowed to post links here but I can image you need a little clarification on this so I'm gonna try this another way. The website is called Fibonicci so type this in google combined with spatial reasoning test and you will find it on page 1.

If somebody can solve this for me I would be forever grateful, since this problem has been bugging me for a long time now!!
