Need Quick Illustrator help, please. {solved}

I'm not very experienced with Illustrator and need some fast help so I can get this to a printer. I need to save my company logo file in gif and jpg format for web. When I do that only the area inside the red box in this image is saved

There are grey lines that appear to be selecting that area but I need the whole logo saved and I can't figure out how to do it. I'm sure this is stupidly simple, but I just don't use Illustrator much.

Solved it. Finally saw an option for crop areas and release crop area. When I released it I was finally good to go. Learn something new every day.
