Hi, all.. this might seem like a simple question to you but.. how do i bring up the color picker dialog box where i can change hue, saturation & brightness numerically? when i attempt to do so by following the instructions in a manual (click on foreground or background color) it brings up the color wheel and other color choosing tools but not this specific one... please help. thx.

Under the "Image" menu go to the "adjust" submenu...it's all there.
