if so, where can i get them?

if not, do you know if there are sites that i download the demo of the OLD VERSION?

gba_m: If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to Photoshop and other graphics apps, there is plenty of freeware/opensource software out there that will stand up to most jobs.

GIMP immediately springs to mind as far as 2D Graphics editing goes (http://www.gimp.org for Linux, http://www.gimp.org/win32 for windows)
