Ok...it is all installed....I double checked the Adobe info....you can purchase it online..... :)

Edit: Well, first off their are some really neat looking new interface graphix. The whole thing looks a lot nicer.

Second, there is now a spot healing brush that works pretty cool.

Third, the new Vanishing Point is great for tweaking images!

Fourth, and most importantly, IT CAN OPEN AND PROCESS CAMERA RAW FORMAT 3.0+! !!!! !! ! ! ! ! !! NOW I CAN SHOOT IN RAW! YAYAYAYAYAYAI!

Yeah, I saw the specs regarding the new version and it's definitely worth the upgrade.

The file browser, multiple layer control and smart objects are some of the things I'll be looking forward to.

CS2 is definitely a nice upgrade, and IMO is the more complete software that CS wasn't and should have been. Adobe has always allowed downloadable purchases, so does macromdedia. We all know where that's headed now though. ;)

I am loving the smart objects....now you can basically typeset something on multiple layers, combine them into a smart object and work on them as if they were 1 layer. Then, you can edit the smart object and change the text! It is great!

The support for CRW is definately worth it though...just thought I would reiterate!

I would get it just for the quick red eye remover.. haha

But most of all I want the Illustrator CS2 I have needed that new expanded stroke option for awhile now.

Vector Object support is definately the thing I looked into when i downloaded it. Vanishing point and Bridge are no worse than the rest. Def. another great version of photoshop.

in my opinion the move from 7.0 to CS was such a big one, they reliesed it way too soon and it still had bugs. so they made CS2 which worked better bugs gone, and had to add some cool stuff to make it look like it wasnt just some upgrade...
