online editing progam?

do u saw any oline graphic editing progamme?
i just need a simple one.can change bmp to jpg....simple drawingtool.

or let me know who can write a progamme,than can i put on my webpage &use it at public pc at anywhere.

If your hosting machine is running GIMP or ImageMagick, write a PHP script to shell out to those applications & convert it

thats what i want to do, but i don't know how.

i know its so bad. but im just begin to learn this all
