what should be the pixels size be?

Yeah I would prefer it be the same height as the image I showed you. The width really does not matter as long as its not wider than it already is. It can definetely be less wide.

The title can be

"Ozzu Webmaster Forum"

or

"Webmaster Forum"

Either will be acceptable.
