fusion you are AWESOME at web graphics, then again, your also in college taking a course for it, but your still have a artistic touch. I like your style it's like high-tech, i personally think it's sweet. if i could make designs like those, i would be jumpin for joy. lol. But im only 14 so i have a while to go, but you can look at some of my so called "artwork" at my website http://www12.brinkster.com/jackconnolly ... and im also tooo cheap to buy a domain name....or hosting

My 1st submission had a similar design to the actual logo (the gradient gray background):

I did a 2nd one with the same thought in mind, simplicity...

FUSION: Your stuff is cool, you keep a graphic identity, too bad it's been used a lot by many people. It doesn't mean it isn't nice!!!
I am still working on my own style. My new website will be my ID (as soon as I have one

)
Cheers

Maybe you could cut down on the filesize or something. I waited for 2 minutes and it was still loading. That's a little big for a header graphic.

I had problems loading it too. The first few times it just refused to load and it would just act like it was loading and loading. Then finally it started working, and when it worked it went fast. Then when I tried again I got internal server errors. So it seems to be working at times, you probably just have to keep trying. Thanks for the entries norb.

norb, what do you mean by my style being used by so many people... ?
in that logo, i dont really see anything that has been used before.
(accept for the random text thing on the right, that is quite common)

Hey guys
The place where I put the images is a free web host and they've been cutting on server capacity and capability lately, maybe there's the connection problem.
Fusion: I have nothing against your style, it's a real killer! It's just not the 1st time that I see the "crosshair" shape and the image "fill" style (text lines, binary code, html code), although always different. Maybe I am just a little too used to it.
It's hard to innovate these days with all those great designers around!
Isn't anybody else posting pics? One thing I was thinking about, if one of the proposals will be used as a top title, the remaining graphics will have to follow (the dude holding the PC..)
Cheers

one thing I've learned is that in order to be truely innovative you must go off and experiment on your own, and not just learn and apply. Fusion has some great designs, and personally I like his signature the best, it isn't so busy and his symbol doesn't take up half the image.
