Paint splatter effect in Photoshop

Check out the blue smeared/fadded paint design on the bottom of this pic. It looks so real! :o How can I do this in Photoshop?

All the way to the left of the image is a retangular sploch of paint, see it? There are brushes that look sort of like that, in PS. Select one and adjust the scatter, random size, and rotation settings in the paint brush options. Paint your paint splashes on a seperate layer, of course, to your satisfaction. Add a new layer, and about 10% opacity or flow with an airbrush, set size to about 100-150 and paint over it, to desired effect. There you go in a nut shell. :)

Hi, try searching for grunge brushes or similar. Here's an example site providing free brushes.
