Can't help you with what software is best for making calendars but another way to do this is to upload your company graphic or pics to online calendar printers like CafePress. It saves you buying the software and having the hassle of setting them up yourself. There must be several online that do this. It's cheap and efficient.

However, if you choose to buy software, I would go with inDesign by Adobe.
