Photo Effect Help

uhm, does anyone know a good tutorial to create this kind of photo effect in photoshop?

Is it similar to cross processing?

What effect are you looking for exactly? For me it looks like a normal photo. They might of done some curves on it to get a greater contrast.

To me it looks kind of like a vintage effect without the lens correction filter.

Try that, I ran into that a while ago. I think your just looking for changing the exposure/gamma levels/threshold.
