Depending on which Photoshop you have it is possible to build a webpage using slices and such. I wouldn't reconmend using Photoshop to do such a thing. If your new to web design then I would suggest using Adobe ImageReady and/or Dreamweaver.

I suggest DW for making the website. As for curved tables, there is no such thing. It's a matter of putting images into the cells in such a way that it appears curved. IMO don't waste your time dealing with tables-learn CSS.

Adobe ImageReady is your best bet. It will allow you to do everything you need in order to createa webpage. You could use PS but it does not give you the ability to do roll-overs, text linking, etc. Download the trial and then google: serial. Thats all I can say...

I certainly wouldn't say it's the best bet. It produces some horribly bloated code.

I work in PS CS2 and it has a featrue that can warp objects the way you want to warp the text. you woul right click and it is one of the options for transforming the object. as far as web page design i use dreamweaver, flash, fireworks, and PS CS2 for my graphics each program I find has there draw backs but I find out that another program does what I want and then I use it.
