Photoshop CS 2 spot healing stylus wheel help

I don't understand how it works. Please any help will be greatly appreciated. I cannot find any tutorials on how to use that particular part of the spot-healing tool.

I don't use a stylus but if I understand things correctly, the stylus wheel option is for adjusting attributes of the brush you're using for the spot healing tool, such as the size or tilt angle.
