how do i get my psd poster into indesignCS with all layers?

InDesign > File > Place

However, you won't be able to edit the layers in InDesign. (Unless this is a new feature in CS2, which I haven't got.)

If you want to control the visibility of layers, or choose different versions of the image in InDesign, research 'layer comps.'
