In an attempt to not have to deal with silly Flash/HTML arguments which have been causing me such much trouble, I am making an animated GIF in Adobe Fireworks. Normally, I make these in Photoshop, but my employer did not supply me with Image Ready. I have Photoshop, but not Image Ready. Weird, right?
Well, anyway....I was wondering if anyone knows how to put a stop action on the Frames in a GIF made in Fireworks? I've got all the Frames moving, but I have no idea how to make them stop at the end. Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks so much...

Use FireWorks Export Wizard and changing settings for looping in there on the animations tab.

Quote:
Looping. Use the Loop settings to determine how many times the animation plays.

* Click the left button for Play Once.
o The animation will play only one time and then stop--returning to its first frame.
* Click the right button for repeated plays.
o Then set in the window if you want it to loop forever and ever and ever, ad nauseum, or,
o Set a specific number of loops.
+ Generally, it's best to set a specific number of loops. Looping forever can lock up some browsers.

And just a note on Photoshop what version is it? Image Ready was eliminated starting with CS3 Extended and animation is now just built into Photoshop itself.
