Hey, Does anyone know of any good free ware, shareware, or demos that are good for 3d drawing. I am really interested in learning how to do it, but I don't want to fork over $300 for studio max just yet.

TIA

not sure what you're looking at, but I don't see anything that

I do a little 3d rendering every now and then, im not good but i really enjoy it. Any way if you decide that you want to fork out some bucks for a 3d program, have a look at lightwave 3d.

It takes a little bit of getting use to but its they easiest one that i have used as of this date. It has also be used in such movies as The matrix 1 and 2.

Well any way this is somthing i did in lightwave nothing special.

POV-Ray is not a modeler, it’s a simple renderer! :)

I've actually hardly ever used it, because something is wrong with its renderer...so who knows eh?
