Some animation test

Hello again all.
I have tested around with animations, i did make some,but i will only show you the best one.
Here is the file(it is an .exe)

why is it exe format....

It is made with Bink RAD Video Tool
and i made it an .exe so people dont have to download codecs and such
it is totoaly safe to download.

And the type is hmm... i dont realy know

hmm, I am not going to download an .exe file, and I don't think a lot of people will either. Is there anyway you can export it as something else?

I hate to ask but, what is it supposed to be? If it's just a psychodelic OOOOO thing, then maybe it should loop?

well dm, i believe that it is just a default visual effect for media player that you are seeing, same thing happened to me. There was an error getting the codec for me

Yea I wouldnt download a exe file.

hmm, didn't work in my divx player. It also messed up the stereo in my speakers when I played it

Thanks, but I don't think so. It isn't trying to download a codec. (I keep mine well up to date). The video appears to be compressed using the Indeo/Ligos codec.

Now back to my real problem: I don't get it. (as in "I don't understand it", not "I can't see it")


nor.j: I've removed the link to the exe from your original post. At 6.13 MB, you're not saving much file size from the 6.43MB AVI. I think you'll find most people, like me, are unwilling to run an EXE from anything but a known and trusted source.

btw, you're getting that file size because of the dimensions of your video (720 x 526). 320 x 240 is much more sensible for internet distributed media of this type.

i made the .exe so you dident need a codec, and like i said it is safe...

And i am just testing around with animations so it isent suposed to be annything, mehbe the next ne i make will be something
I am pretty new to animations and such, but i can make 3d games, if i can have taht on this forum?

hmm, ok I am understand my confusion now, I was getting a visual effect in wmp and it was different everytime..so I assumed that that is why you where getting that image.....sorry about my assumption.
